Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow corporate, finance and securities work from the firm's Kansas City office. The role will focus on private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters across transactional and advisory work.

Ideal candidates will have an established relationship network and experience originating and executing complex corporate and financing transactions for middle-market and institutional clients. The position offers leadership responsibility within a full-service practice and collaboration with national and cross-border teams.
