Lateral Partner — Corporate & Litigation (Boston)

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a corporate practice in Boston with strong capabilities across M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will also work closely with litigation and IP teams on transactional and contentious matters for clients in life sciences, technology, financial services and energy.

The firm is prioritizing experienced senior hires who can build or expand a market-facing team, originate mandates and collaborate across offices on cross-border matters. Opportunities exist for candidates who prefer to bring an established team or to join and develop a group locally.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading M&A and capital markets transactions (issuer-side and related matters)
• Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients
• Strong client origination and team leadership skills; ability to work across practices and geographies
