Partner, Corporate / M&A — Boston

Senior hire role for an experienced corporate partner to lead and grow an M&A practice from the Boston office of a national law firm. The position will handle cross-border and domestic transactional matters across private company and sponsor-led deals.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate team, lead client development efforts, and mentor associates while managing complex transactions from pitch through closing.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in M&A and transactional work, including lead deal experience
• Demonstrated client origination and business development skills
• Ability to manage and develop junior lawyers and work collaboratively across practice groups
