This is an opportunity to join a leading international law firm that serves clients across a broad range of sectors, including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The firm is seeking to expand its transactional and commercial litigation capacity in a major Western US market.

The role is partner-level and is ideal for a team or an individual with substantial experience in corporate transactions and commercial litigation. The firm is interested in establishing a team presence with a strategic focus on growing transactional volume and handling significant commercial disputes.

Desired candidate profiles include those with a strong portable book of business, including at least one anchor client, and experience across the firm's key market locations. The firm prefers team acquisitions over individual laterals and is generally less receptive to candidates with multiple prior firm moves.

Partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation
Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
At least one anchor client relationship
Experience in one or more of the firm's core sectors: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive
Team or group candidates preferred over individual laterals
