Lateral Partner — Corporate & Litigation — Denver

Senior partner-level opportunity for a dual corporate and commercial litigation lead based in Denver. The role will sit on a cross-border transactional and disputes platform serving life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive clients.

The hiring focus is on acquiring an established team or team leader to expand transactional capacity and handle significant commercial litigation matters; the team will collaborate with offices across major U.S. markets and key international hubs.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Established track record advising on M&A, corporate governance and complex transactional work plus major commercial litigation
• Experience leading or growing a team and integrating with an international platform
• Strong client relationships in targeted sectors and willingness to coordinate with offices in major U.S. and international markets
• Bar admission and standing appropriate for partnership in the Denver market
