Leading international law firm seeks a partner (or partner-led team) to strengthen its Miami corporate and commercial litigation offering. The role focuses on high-value transactional work and significant commercial disputes across cross-border matters.

Priority will be given to team moves that materially increase transactional capacity and litigation bench strength. Relevant industry experience includes life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive, with active markets in New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

The role involves client origination, coordinating multi-jurisdictional matters and collaborating with national and international offices to execute complex corporate and contentious work.

Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in both M&A/transactional work and commercial litigation
Demonstrated ability to join as part of an existing team (team moves preferred)
Experience advising clients in one or more target sectors (life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive)
Proven history of cross-border work and coordinating with multiple offices
