- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level track record in real estate transactions and/or real estate finance
- Experience on corporate/M&A matters and ability to lead complex transactions
- Relevant experience in healthcare-related deals or counseling clients in the healthcare sector
- Proven origination and client-development skills; licensed and able to practice in Florida
