Lateral Partner — Corporate & Litigation, San Francisco

Opportunity for an experienced partner to lead and grow a combined corporate/M&A and commercial litigation practice in San Francisco. The role will be client-facing, handling complex transactional work and related commercial disputes, and will work closely with an international network of practice teams.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for originating and managing high-value corporate matters, advising on governance and transactional issues, and coordinating cross-border workstreams. There is scope to build a team and expand client relationships across multiple industries.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record of origination and client relationship management
• Experience handling corporate transactions and commercial litigation, including cross-border matters
• Proven team leadership and business development capability
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred)
