Lateral Partner — Corporate & Litigation, San Francisco

Established global firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its corporate and commercial litigation capabilities in the San Francisco office. The role focuses on high-value transactional work and complex commercial disputes, with substantial cross-border and sector-specific elements.

Preference is for team hires or partners who can bring cohorts of lawyers to accelerate transactional capacity. Target sectors include life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive; matters often involve coordinated work across key markets in the U.S. and Europe.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in both high-value M&A/transactional matters and commercial litigation
• Experience working on cross-border matters and coordinating with teams across multiple offices
• Comfort joining as part of a team or leading a small team; preference for candidates with limited recent firm moves
