An established, internationally recognized law firm is seeking partner-level laterals to join its San Francisco platform, with a dual focus on big-ticket commercial litigation and corporate transactional work. The group is looking to deepen its bench in Northern California and across other key US markets.

The practice handles significant commercial disputes and complex corporate transactions for clients in sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and the automotive industry. The firm's strategic priority is to add cohesive, complementary teams that can immediately expand transactional volume and litigation capacity.

This is an opportunity for entrepreneurial partners with strong client relationships to plug into a robust national and international platform, collaborating across offices in major US and international markets.

• Partner-level experience in commercial litigation and/or corporate transactional matters
• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD) with at least one anchor client
• Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a practice, ideally as part of a team
• Stable professional history (the firm is skeptical of candidates with more than 3–5 prior firm moves)
• Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
