Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an established corporate and commercial litigation practice in Tampa. The role combines transactional M&A and corporate governance work with sophisticated commercial dispute work for corporate clients across industries.

We are looking for a seasoned rainmaker to take a leadership role in the local office: building client relationships, originating new matters, and mentoring a team of associates and senior lawyers. The role offers a platform to work on cross-border and domestic matters alongside broader national and international practice groups.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in both corporate transactions (M&A, governance, transactional work) and commercial litigation
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and JD or equivalent law degree
