Partner, Corporate & Energy — Tampa

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a transactional corporate practice in Tampa with a strong focus on energy work, including renewable energy project development and oil & gas commercial transactions. The role combines M&A, capital markets and general corporate advisory for sponsor, developer and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will have an established client base, lead deal teams across complex transactions, and work closely with finance and project stakeholders. This is a hands-on partnership role with significant business-development responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in M&A, capital markets and energy transactions, including renewables and oil & gas project work
• Significant partner-level experience leading teams and originating business
• Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
