Lateral Partner, Corporate M&A — Boise / Portland / Seattle / Dallas

Leading regional law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Corporate/M&A practice across select Pacific Northwest and Mountain West offices. The role focuses on originating and leading complex corporate transactions for middle-market and strategic clients.

The successful candidate will help expand client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across offices on cross-border and domestic M&A matters. The team advises on buy- and sell‑side transactions, corporate governance, and related commercial work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of originating and closing M&A transactions for corporate clients
• Experienced leader with client-management and team-building skills
