Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor / Litigation, Boise

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boise office to lead and grow the Employment & Labor and Litigation practice groups. The role will focus on managing complex employment disputes, counseling employers on workforce issues, and supervising trial and appellate matters.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team handling regional and national matters, take responsibility for business development in the region, and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to build a market-facing practice within a well-resourced platform while maintaining autonomy over client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in employment litigation and counseling, including trial experience
• Demonstrated business development ability and regional client relationships
• Experience supervising associates and managing case teams; active bar admission in Idaho or willingness to obtain admission
