The team advises a range of UK and international corporates on mergers & acquisitions and related transactional matters. The postholder will take a visible client-facing role and help shape the practice's strategic direction in the region.
- Portable book of business of £300k+ (GBP)
- Proven track record of originating and leading corporate/M&A transactions at partner level
- Experienced manager of fee-earners and client relationships; demonstrable business development skills
- Qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent) with senior-level fee-earning experience
