Senior corporate partner opportunity to lead and grow an established M&A and transactional practice in Bristol. The role combines client development, deal leadership and team management across mid-market and larger corporate transactions.

The team advises a range of UK and international corporates on mergers & acquisitions and related transactional matters. The postholder will take a visible client-facing role and help shape the practice's strategic direction in the region.

Portable book of business of £300k+ (GBP)
Proven track record of originating and leading corporate/M&A transactions at partner level
Experienced manager of fee-earners and client relationships; demonstrable business development skills
Qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent) with senior-level fee-earning experience
