Lateral Partner, Corporate & M&A — Dubai

Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to develop and lead Corporate & M&A work from its Dubai office. The role will focus on cross-border transactional work and building relationships across technology, IP, energy transition/infrastructure and related sectors.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate and lead mandates, collaborate on international matters and help broaden the practice’s footprint in the region. This is a hands-on partnership role with client-facing responsibilities.

• Lateral Partner level with a proven track record in Corporate / M&A transactions
• Demonstrable experience originating cross-border deals and developing client relationships in the Middle East
• Track record advising on matters involving technology, IP, energy transition or infrastructure
• Ability to work collaboratively on international matters and mentor junior lawyers
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
