The partner will be expected to originate work, manage deal teams, and develop client relationships across the region. The role prioritises strong transaction experience and proven business development capability; it is not focused on restructuring, venture capital, or significant disputes work.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record advising on international M&A and private equity transactions
- Proven origination and client development skills in the UAE or wider Middle East
- Experience leading deal teams and mentoring senior associates
