Lateral Partner, Corporate (M&A & Emerging Growth) — Los Angeles

Senior corporate partner role in the Los Angeles office of a highly regarded national firm. The position will focus on M&A and emerging-growth / startup work across US-based transactions and financings.

The team advises founders, investors and corporate clients on buy- and sell-side transactions, growth financings and related corporate matters. The role offers a clear leadership position within the practice and a path to equity partnership.

• Portable book of business of $3-4M (USD)
• Established partner with a strong M&A and emerging-growth transaction background
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills
• Licensed to practice in California (or eligible) and able to work from the Los Angeles office
