Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Dusseldorf

Senior corporate partner role in the Dusseldorf office of a well-regarded German firm. The position will lead M&A and transactional work, advise on corporate governance matters and act as a visible market-facing partner for mid-market and cross-border transactions.

The team advises strategic and financial clients on acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructurings. The role offers responsibility for originating mandates, managing complex deals and mentoring junior lawyers within a commercial, collaborative practice.

• Established track record in M&A and corporate transactions, with demonstrable deal leadership

• Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and experience working on cross-border matters
