Lateral Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Houston

Leading corporate law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Houston corporate team with a focus on M&A and other transactional work. The role involves advising public and private companies on complex acquisitions, dispositions and related corporate matters.

Successful candidates will play a senior client-facing role: leading transactions, supervising deal teams, and developing new business. The team handles cross‑border and domestic matters and collaborates with other practice groups across offices.

• Proven track record of leading M&A and transactional matters at partner level
• Strong origination and client-development capabilities
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly; based in or able to relocate to Houston
