Lateral Partner — Corporate M&A — Houston

Senior corporate partner role to lead and grow an established M&A practice in Houston. The position focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A, private company deals, and advising emerging-growth clients within a full-service corporate platform.

The team seeks a partner with a proven record of originating and executing complex transactions, comfortable working with a mix of industry clients and sophisticated financial sponsors. The role includes responsibility for business development, team leadership, and collaborating with national and international colleagues on large matters.

• Proven partner-level M&A origination and execution experience, including cross-border transactions
• Track record of leading client relationships and developing business in the Houston market
• Qualified to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
