Lateral Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Los Angeles

Senior corporate partner opportunity in a major Los Angeles practice focusing on mergers & acquisitions and related transactional work. The role will lead client relationships, originate and execute deals, and help shape strategy for a busy corporate team.

The successful candidate will join a broad national and international platform and will work closely with cross‑border and domestic deal teams on complex transactions across industries. The position involves both client development and hands‑on deal execution.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner‑level experience in M&A and corporate transactions with a demonstrable track record of leading deals
• Proven business development and client origination skills
• Admission to the California bar or eligibility to practice in California
