Lateral Partner — Corporate M&A, Manchester

An established UK law firm is seeking a partner to strengthen and grow its corporate and M&A capability from the Manchester office. The role will lead complex transactional work, advise strategic clients across sectors, and attract new business.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role within a busy corporate team, working on a mix of mid-market and larger transactions and mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to shape the practice and build long-term client relationships in a major regional centre.
