Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor — Manchester

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to strengthen and grow its Employment & Labor practice in the Manchester office. The role focuses on contentious employment matters and related litigation, advising a range of corporate and institutional clients.

The partner will lead case strategy, manage and develop a team of associates, and work closely with colleagues across practices to deliver coordinated client service. There is a strong emphasis on originating work and expanding client relationships.

This is a visible role for an experienced employment litigator who combines technical excellence with a demonstrable track record in business development and client management.
