Lateral Partner, Corporate M&A — Minneapolis

Seeking a seasoned corporate partner to join a well-established M&A and transactional team in Minneapolis. The role focuses on leading strategic buy- and sell-side transactions, advising corporate clients across industries, and expanding an existing corporate practice.

The partner will manage deal teams, own client relationships, and work closely with colleagues across offices to originate and execute complex transactions. This is a rainmaking role with significant client-development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading M&A and corporate transactions
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills
• Ability to lead teams and develop junior lawyers
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain it
