Apply in confidence →Senior corporate lawyer to join a highly regarded national firm’s Montreal corporate and M&A team. The role will lead complex domestic and cross-border acquisitions, dispositions and private-equity transactions, advising strategic and financial clients across sectors.
The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within the office, work closely with partners across Canada, and contribute to origination and client relationship growth.
- Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
- Proven track record leading mid‑ to large‑scale M&A transactions and managing deal teams
- Strong client origination and relationship-management experience
- Admission to the Quebec bar (or ability to obtain) and fluency in English; French language skills preferred
