Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Munich

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a corporate / M&A desk in the firm's Munich office. The role focuses on high-value transactional work, corporate governance and ongoing advisory for German and cross-border clients.

The post-holder will manage matters from origination through execution, build a team of associates and counsel, and play a central role in business development and relationship management.

• Portable book of business of ‚¬400$“500k
• Proven partner-level record in M&A and transactional matters, with experience leading teams
• Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and strong client network in the Munich market
