Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Corporate — Munich

Senior partner-level appointment in a well-regarded German law firm seeking a restructuring-focused corporate lawyer to lead and grow an insolvency/restructuring practice in Munich. The role combines high-value turnaround and insolvency mandate work with corporate transactional matters for clients across industry sectors.

The partner will lead deal teams, manage client relationships, and develop business across restructuring, distressed M&A and related corporate advisory work. The position suits an experienced rainmaker used to originating and closing complex restructurings and corporate transactions.
