Lateral Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Princeton

Experienced corporate partner wanted to join a busy transactional practice in Princeton. The role focuses on leading M&A and other corporate transactions, advising strategic and private equity clients across deal execution and structuring.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, working with a cross-office team on complex transactions and helping to expand the practice through origination and relationship development. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice group and lead high-value deals from pitch through closing.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of leading M&A and corporate transactions
• Established client relationships and demonstrable origination ability
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to advise US-based corporate clients
