Senior corporate partner role in the firm’s Princeton office focused on leading and growing a transactional practice. The role centers on M&A, general corporate transactions and corporate governance work for commercial clients across industries.

Responsibilities include originating and leading complex transactions, managing and mentoring a deal team, and working with cross-office colleagues to deliver integrated client solutions. The hire will be expected to drive business development and expand the office level corporate platform.
