Senior equity partner role to join an established corporate team with a strong focus on technology-driven M&A and related capital markets work. The team acts on growth-oriented domestic and cross-border transactions for technology companies, investors and strategic acquirers.

Search is targeting partners with runway and demonstrable ability to grow their practice; the hiring approach is open to group moves as well as strong individual candidates. Compensation and deal structure are competitive and can be tailored for the right fit. The role reports into the national corporate practice and will work closely with capital markets and technology-focused colleagues across Canadian offices.
