Lateral Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Tokyo

Senior corporate partner opportunity based in Tokyo to lead and grow an M&A practice with a strong focus on the US market. The role suits an established dealmaker who will advise on cross-border acquisitions, disposals and strategic joint ventures for multinational clients.

You will join a large international corporate platform, work with cross-border teams across Asia and the US, and play a key role in originating and executing complex transactions. The position offers a leadership remit for team development and client relationship expansion in Japan.

• Proven track record of leading cross-border M&A matters, including US-related transactions
• Established network of corporate clients or in-house relationships in the region
