Senior corporate partner opportunity to lead and expand a busy M&A and transactional practice in the Washington, D.C. office of a major national firm. The role focuses on complex mergers & acquisitions, transactional work and corporate governance for corporate and private equity clients.

Successful candidates will join an established team, advising on strategic transactions, managing deal teams, and developing client relationships. The position offers significant leadership and business-development responsibilities within an integrated national platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of leading complex M&A and transactional matters
• Established client relationships and demonstrable business development skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and substantial partner-level experience
