Lateral Partner, Corporate — New York

Senior corporate partner opportunity with a large national law firm seeking a rainmaker to lead and expand transactional work from its New York office. The role will focus on high-value mergers & acquisitions, general corporate transactions and advising boards on governance matters.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate team, originate new business, manage client relationships, and mentor senior associates. This is a client-facing role with significant responsibility for practice development and cross-practice collaboration.
