Leading corporate practice in New York is seeking a lateral partner to join and expand a transactional/M&A offering. The role is client-facing and combines deal execution with business development and team leadership.

The successful candidate will work across complex M&A and corporate transactions, advise corporate clients at all stages, and help grow the practice by originating and cross-selling matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in M&A and transactional work at the partner level
• Strong client relationships and demonstrable business origination skills
• Admitted to practice in New York (or able to qualify) and experience leading deal teams
