The successful candidate will work across complex M&A and corporate transactions, advise corporate clients at all stages, and help grow the practice by originating and cross-selling matters.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record in M&A and transactional work at the partner level
- Strong client relationships and demonstrable business origination skills
- Admitted to practice in New York (or able to qualify) and experience leading deal teams
