The successful candidate will take a visible role on deal teams, originate new work, and collaborate with colleagues across offices. This is an opportunity to join a full-service corporate platform with national reach.

• Proven partner- or senior-level experience in M&A and transactional work
• Track record advising on corporate governance and board-level matters
• Strong origination and client relationship skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
