Lateral Partner, Corporate — Raleigh

Senior corporate partner role to lead and grow a transactional practice in Raleigh. The position focuses on M&A, corporate governance and general corporate matters across middle-market and larger transactions.

You'll join an established national firm’s regional office and work with a cross-office team on deal execution, client development and relationship management. The role offers responsibility for originating work, mentoring junior lawyers, and expanding client coverage in the region.

• Proven track record in M&A and complex corporate transactions
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
• Strong client-development and relationship-management skills
• Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to obtain admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
