Partner — Corporate & Technology Transactions, Raleigh

Leading global law firm is seeking a partner to join and help grow a busy Corporate and Technology Transactions practice in the Raleigh office. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related matters for clients across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors.

The ideal hire will help build and manage a market-facing team, originate new business and serve as a senior relationship lead on complex transactions. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced platform with national and international deal capability.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and technology transactions
• Track record advising life sciences, technology, financial services or energy clients preferred
• Proven ability to originate and lead cross-border or multi-office deals and to manage teams
• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
