Lateral Partner — Corporate Restructuring, Atlanta

Partner opportunity for an experienced restructuring and corporate lawyer to lead and grow a practice in Atlanta. The role will focus on complex bankruptcy, workouts and corporate restructuring matters for a mix of debtor, creditor and stakeholder engagements.

The team advises on chapter proceedings, out-of-court restructurings and related corporate transactions. The firm offers established litigation and transactional support across practices and seeks a partner who can develop client relationships and originate work.

• Proven partner-level experience in restructuring and bankruptcy matters
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practise in Georgia
• Demonstrated record of originating and managing client engagements
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
