Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its corporate practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on leading M&A and transactional matters, advising boards and senior management on governance, and managing cross‑border and domestic corporate workstreams.

The successful candidate will build and lead deal teams, drive client development, and collaborate with sector and regional partners to grow the practice. This is a visible role with significant client-facing responsibility and partnership leadership expectations.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience handling M&A and complex corporate transactions
• Proven track record of client origination and business development
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
