Lateral Partner — Corporate & Securities, Calgary

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow established corporate and securities work from a major Canadian office. The role combines client-facing origination with team leadership and mentoring of mid‑to‑junior lawyers.

Practice priorities include corporate/commercial M&A and securities; financial services, real estate and bankruptcy/insolvency are active or growing areas and the firm is open to candidates who can develop those streams. The team seeks a strategic rainmaker to sustain and expand high‑value client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2 2M (USD)
• Established partner-level corporate/securities practice with demonstrable client relationships
• Proven track record of origination and team leadership; experience mentoring associates
• Experience or interest in financial services, real estate or bankruptcy/insolvency an asset
• Admission to practice in Alberta or ability to qualify in the jurisdiction
