The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling individual and class-action matters, collective bargaining and workplace compliance. This is an opportunity to shape practice development and work with established client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in labor and employment litigation and counseling
• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts (or able to transfer/admit)
• Track record of business development and team leadership
