Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor - Charlotte

Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Charlotte. The role will involve leading complex labor and employment matters for a mix of private and public-sector clients and helping grow the regional practice.

The successful candidate will split time between client work, business development, and team leadership, working closely with other practice leaders across the firm’s U.S. platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience handling labor and employment litigation and counseling matters
• Proven business development record and experience managing teams and mentoring associates
