Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor - Charlotte

Leading national employment and labor practice seeks a partner to join its Charlotte office to grow a specialist employee benefits and ESOP offering. The role will be client-facing and involve advising employers on ESOP design, benefits compliance, and related transactional matters.

The successful candidate will have entrepreneurial instincts to originate and develop business across the firm's regional platform, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with transactional and tax colleagues on cross-practice matters.

• Established partner track record in employee benefits and ESOP work
• Significant client-development and origination experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex matters
• Strong technical knowledge of ERISA, benefits compliance, and ESOP structures
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
