Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor - Chattanooga

Senior hire sought to lead and expand an established employment and labor practice in the Chattanooga office. The role focuses on advising employers on collective bargaining, labor relations, employment litigation defense, and workplace counseling across private and public-sector clients.

The partner will work with an experienced local team and national colleagues to originate and manage matters, mentor attorneys, and strengthen client relationships. Opportunity includes significant business-development responsibility and a visible leadership role in the office.

• Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including counseling and litigation
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers
