Senior finance partner role for an established national firm seeking a lawyer to lead and grow the firm s finance and capital markets work from the Chattanooga office. The role combines client origination, deal execution and practice leadership across corporate finance and capital markets matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team that serves corporate and institutional borrowers and lenders, working on complex financings and securities transactions. The office is open to candidates nationwide and will consider leaders prepared to expand regional and sector-focused client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Established experience in finance and capital markets transactions, including lead counsel on debt and securities matters
• Proven client origination, relationship management, and team leadership skills
