Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor — Chicago

We are seeking a lateral partner to join a leading national law firm’s Employment & Labor practice in Chicago. The role will focus on advising employers on workplace counseling, dispute resolution and labor matters, and expanding the practice’s client base in the region.

The partner will handle a mix of counseling and advocacy work, mentor junior lawyers, and play a visible role in business development and practice leadership locally.

• Established employment and labor practice with experience in counseling and litigation
• Proven business development skills and client relationship management
• Admission to the relevant state bar(s)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
