Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor, Corporate, IP & Litigation — Huntsville

Senior-lawyer opportunity for a partner to join a full-service office in Huntsville. The role will focus on growing and leading practices across employment & labor, corporate, intellectual property and commercial litigation, working with an established regional / international platform.

The firm is targeting partners with a demonstrable portable practice and a track record of originating and managing client relationships. The position offers flexibility on compensation structure and potential equity discussions, with support for cross-office collaboration across southeastern U.S. locations.

• Portable book of business of $850k (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in one or more of: employment & labor, corporate, IP or litigation
• Proven business development and client origination skills; ability to expand regional presence
• Admissions and trial or litigation experience where relevant; patent/IP litigation experience a plus
