Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property, Huntsville

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy office leading Corporate and Intellectual Property work, with regular collaboration across litigation matters. The role focuses on growing and managing a portable practice in M&A, corporate governance, emerging growth companies and IP/patent litigation.

The team works on both transactional and contentious matters and values partners who can originate business, build client relationships and mentor junior lawyers. The office supports cross-office collaboration and offers flexibility around compensation structure and billing arrangements.

• Portable book of business of $850k (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions, IP (including patent litigation) or related litigation
• Proven origination record and client relationship management
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple practice groups and mentor associates
