Established national practice seeking an experienced lateral partner to join the Las Vegas office. The role will focus on growing litigation and transactional work in employment & labor and corporate matters, with opportunities to collaborate across intellectual property and mass‑tort practices.

The firm is targeting partners with an existing, portable client base and a track record of originating and expanding revenue. You will work with an experienced team and have flexibility on billing and compensation structure depending on practice and book strength.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner with significant client relationships and demonstrable origination
Substantive experience in employment & labor and corporate matters; IP litigation or ERISA experience a plus
Strong courtroom, counseling or transactional record and ability to collaborate across offices
