Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor & Corporate, Las Vegas

Established national practice seeking an experienced lateral partner to join the Las Vegas office. The role will focus on growing litigation and transactional work in employment & labor and corporate matters, with opportunities to collaborate across intellectual property and mass‑tort practices.

The firm is targeting partners with an existing, portable client base and a track record of originating and expanding revenue. You will work with an experienced team and have flexibility on billing and compensation structure depending on practice and book strength.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner with significant client relationships and demonstrable origination
• Substantive experience in employment & labor and corporate matters; IP litigation or ERISA experience a plus
• Strong courtroom, counseling or transactional record and ability to collaborate across offices
