Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor & Corporate — Muscat

Leading regional office is seeking a senior lateral partner to expand and lead employment & labor and corporate transactional work from its Muscat practice. The role combines client-facing advisory on labor, employment and workforce matters with transactional support on corporate deals and restructurings.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team and be expected to develop new business across Oman and the wider region while integrating with cross-border clients and transactions. This is an opportunity to establish or grow a market-facing practice within a prominent regional platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in employment & labor and corporate transactional work
• Ability to originate and manage regional client engagements and cross-border mandates
• Strong commercial drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills
