Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor — Muscat

Senior hire for an established international law practice seeking a partner to lead and grow employment and labour work from the Muscat office. The role involves taking ownership of regional matters, supervising a small team, and developing new client relationships across Oman and the wider Gulf.

The successful candidate will join a full-service practice with existing market presence and will be expected to provide hands-on advice on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, partner on cross-border mandates, and represent clients before local forums as required.

• Proven track record in employment & labour law within the Gulf region and local market awareness.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships; strong business development skills.
• Qualified lawyer with substantial partner-level experience in the practice area.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
